Since March 2025, the design hotel group Motel One has been using a specially developed AI solution from DialogShift, which has since become a central component of the hotel group's digital service and information strategy. In the past month alone, around 20,000 guests used the chatbot to find information and navigate the offering.

The collaboration began with several test and pilot phases, during which Motel One and DialogShift jointly evaluated different deployment scenarios. On this basis, the solution was seamlessly integrated into the hotel group's central content management.
The chatbot consolidates information across all hotels and can answer targeted questions about individual properties — even when users are not on the specific hotel's page. This enables consistent, brand-compliant communication across the entire website.

Measurable Value and Expansion to Further Touchpoints
Usage results from the past month underline the operational value of the solution: a significant share of interactions leads to a handoff into the booking engine (IBE), confirming the chatbot's relevance as both a digital service and a sales channel.
Building on these results, the collaboration is being continuously expanded. The latest addition developed for Motel One is the DialogShift Google Maps Agent, which supports guests directly from the map view in their search for information and bookings — covering yet another key touchpoint.
