No, we do not integrate ChatGPT directly. Our solution is based on the powerful AI models from OpenAI or Anthropic, for example, which are provided via Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS. These models give us the flexibility to customize them specifically to your requirements and the information you provide. Unlike AI applications such as ChatGPT, our hotel AI is tailored to the specific data and information of your business. This ensures a secure, reliable and customized solution. 💡
Does your system also work without PMS integration?

It doesn't necessarily need to be integrated into a property management system, our AI applications work independently. In 2025 we will launch our AI agents, which can take over tasks and processes such as recording bookings and guest requests, upselling, etc. We are already developing integrations in property management systems for this purpose. 💡
