We develop products for hotel guests and travellers like us: For all those who do not want to search for information on websites but prefer to ask a question. For all those who prefer to book themselves rather than calling. For all those who do not want to go to the front desk in pyjamas to ask for an iron. For all those whose email inbox has over 1000 unread emails because the relevant communication is no longer by email. And for all those who like it simple, fast and intuitive.

We combined our experience in communication, customer relationship management and IT management and created DialgoShift, because we wanted to communicate on our travels in the same way we are used to in everyday life - in chat.
